Job Description: We're looking for an enthusiastic, attentive, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their ideas and needs are understood and brought to life through collaboration with our in-house design and sales team. 1- Help drive our AI initiatives in customer care, creating innovative ways to elevate the customer experience 2- Collaborate on integrating AI technologies to streamline our support processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the process of bringing their ideas to life, from concept to final product.
- Assist in the development and implementation of AI tools and technologies to improve customer service efficiency and experience.
- Manage and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Research products and create presentations.
- Assist with social media management and buildout.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the print, promotional products, or decorated apparel industries.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
